  • Editor
  • Street Rodder

    R. A. Jetter has one desire.Well, maybe several:

    • status
    • wealth
    • recognition by his peers
    • a change in his dreary life
    • rubbing elbows with movie stars
    • traveling the world signing autographs and
    • writing blockbusters.

Alas, we all start with, at the least: DESIRE.

Roger is a graphic artist, GoodGuy’s Gazette columnist, former editor and the father of two. Automotive illustration has paid his mortgage for many years, dove-tailing with his lifelong passion for building, driving and collecting hot rods and fifties cars. He moved from the Midwest to Colorado in 1966.

    Fast Cars: 4-speeds and Fist-Fights
    (Paperback - May 22, 2006)

    Fast Cars image

In the ‘60's, a car was important – not just any car – a white-walled kustom or a big engined hot rod…imperative to nearly every red-blooded male, it allowed relative freedom. Weekends meant cruising – the local "loop" or drive-in hangouts, street racing or trying to meet every eligible female.

These stories will take you back to a time of civil unrest, constant change and growing up…gradually, into a young adult, although most of us didn't ever want these days to end.

    Publish America; 224 Pages.

    “The Ultimate Sentence”

Sometime in the future, the punishment of a capital offense might be directly related to the crime. Eric Robert Steele found that to be the case in the year 2083. He made the mistake of murdering his cheating wife and her lover as well as some powerful people in the political arena he assumed had a part in it. Now he’s finding the punishment imposed must be endured more than once and he doesn’t like the nightmare he’s observed.
